#LASD Homicide Detectives Present $15K Reward for Suspect Info in Murder of Andrew Fierro, August 22, 2014, ELA

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives, Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis and family members of Andrew Ruben Fierro, are asking for the public’s help. A $15,000 reward is being offered by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis, for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Andrew Fierro. 

The investigation began after the victim was shot Friday, August 22, 2014, at approximately 9:45 p.m. When East Los Angeles Station deputies responded to the 200 block of North Arizona Avenue, East Los Angeles, they found a male Hispanic gunshot victim. The family said the victim was parked outside his relative’s house, waiting for his wife and kids, when another vehicle pulled up and a person inside that vehicle fired several gunshots at Fierro.  

Victim Anthony Ruben Fierro, male Hispanic 31 years-old, was struck by gunfire. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance and are asking for anyone with information, to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.
