Help Needed in Identifying Owner of Distinctive Vehicle 
Help needed in finding the owner of this distinctive vehicle:
On Tuesday, 01/24/2017, at approximately 1929 hours, the below suspect vehicle was involved in the theft of several items from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of the Daly City Target. The suspect vehicle appears to be a 1992-1996 silver Honda Prelude with a black hood and black rear spoiler.
