* FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF VIRGINIA AND PANHANDLE WEST VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN VIRGINIA... CLARKE...FREDERICK VA...GREENE...MADISON...NORTHERN VIRGINIA BLUE RIDGE...PAGE...RAPPAHANNOCK...ROCKINGHAM...SHENANDOAH AND WARREN. IN PANHANDLE WEST VIRGINIA...BERKELEY AND JEFFERSON.

* THROUGH THIS EVENING

* PROLONGED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THIS SHOULD TAPER OFF THIS EVENING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES WILL CAUSE FLOODING.

* FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS IS POSSIBLE.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... JEFFERSON
