The UMTPD is currently investigating a series of thefts from unlocked vehicles.
Time frame:
1/21-1/22 (overnight hours)
Locations:
2 vehicles from the 5000 block of Dogwood Lane
1 vehicle from the 300 block of Blue Sage Drive
1 vehicle from the 200 block of Blue Sage Drive
1 vehicle from the 200 block of Milkweed Drive
1 vehicle from the 4000 block of Bellflower Way
** 1 vehicle from the 200 block of Red Clover Lane, a 2015 Toyota Camry, was stolen.
3 vehicles from the 300 block of Sawgrass Drive
1 vehicle from the 200 block of Sawgrass Drive
2 vehicles from the 100 block of Sunset Drive
1 vehicle from the 5000 block of Merry Lane
Residents are reminded that thieves target, and will continue to target, unlocked vehicles. Please, remove valuables from your vehicles and lock vehicle doors- especially during the overnight hours.
