Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews restored service by 9:45 PM to the 48 customers who had lost water service when an 8-inch main broke at 2423 10th Avenue in Palolo earlier this morning.
10th Avenue, between Makanui Pl. and Ahe St., will remain completely closed as crews continue work to restore the road. Motorists are advised to avoid this area, if possible, and to use alternate routes.
