Flood Warning until 10:11PM Monday

...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM PST FOR ORANGE... SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTIES... At 600 PM PST, National Weather Service radar indicated that heavy rainfall is occurring in the northern Coachella Valley in addition to the Banning and San Gorgonio Pass. Rainfall rates of up to 0.50 per hour are expected. Additional rainfall is expected through 8 pm ranging from 0.50 to 0.75 inches. Rainfall is tapering off in Orange County but will return 10 pm to 2 am tonight. Additional rainfall of 0.50 to 1.00 is expected in the Santa Ana mountains and the foothills of the San Bernardino and Riverside mountains through 8 pm. Unusual urban and small stream flooding is likely in drainages and low lying areas of the Coachella Valley including Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs, as well as much of the Inland Empire.
