We apologize for the numerous NWS rebroadcasts today. We try and be mindful of what is automatically rebroadcasted so that you receive critical information timely. Unfortuanately we just became aware that our service provider is rebrodcasting based on our "census" area, Aleutians West. This is why you saw alerts for Shemya and the Pribilofs today and the Eastern Aleutians last month.
We apologize for the inconvinence and are working to correct the issue. Until we find a solution, we will suspend automatic rebroadcasts, except for Tsunami alerts.
