Review of a Past Shooting Incident; North Codorus Twp.

The Southwestern Regional Police Department is again reviewing a shooting case and looking for information where a victim was struck with a bullet on Oct. 26, 2015.

On that date, at approx., 1000 AM., the then 24 year-old male victim was in his yard on in the 2100 blk. Martin RD, Spring Grove, North Codorus Twp. and was shot in the back. The victim was treated and released from a hospital and recovered from his injuries.

The department has not been able to determine who the shooter was and whether or not this was an accidental shooting or at the very least, very reckless actions by the shooter. It was determined that the shots came from the direction north of the victim’s property; this is the area of Stoverstown Rd. and Firehall Rd.
