Can you identify this battery suspect?

The below pictured suspect is responsible for a battery on a 20-year old female victim, following an auto/pedestrian dispute. The suspect punched the victim in the face with a closed fist through the open window of the victim’s vehicle after he accused the victim of hitting him. He then fled the scene. The suspect is described as a white male adult, 60-70 years old, wearing a green jacket and tan pants. This occurred on the sidewalk in front of the Jack in the Box on Mission Street.
