WATER SYSTEM 
The water system has been put on a severe strain due to the hard freeze and most parish residents are allowing their faucets to drip over night to prevent damage. We are asking all residents to use as least amount of water as needed to allow our plants to catch up. Tonight only drip if necessary. If possible cover.
