Sand and sandbags available at the County Corp Yard located on Airport Road 
There is a powerful storm coming our way. NOW is the time to take some time and make sure that we are ready for it. It looks like we be experiencing powerful storms for a few days straight.
Sandbags and sand are available right now at the Amador County Corporation Yard located at Airport Road. If you go up there, make sure you bring your own shovel.
Make sure that you think about your safety. That includes having charged flashlights, a portable or crank radio, food and water, and a plan to get out of your home if we have flooding or mudslides.
If you have neighbors who might need help preparing, now is the time to cross the street and help them get ready.
