12/30 – 4:15 p.m. – Police responded to Mon-Clair Animal Hospital, after a dog attacked another dog which was being walked its owner. The incident occurred near the intersection of East Mill Street & Baltz Street, and the owner of the dog which was attacked took the dog to the vet for treatment. The dog received minor injuries. Rayonda L. Montgomery, 34 of Millstadt, was cited under local ordinance for Animal Running At-Large.
