Incident: 21 year old female drives into a house in East Petaluma, arrested for DUI.

Suspect: Elizabeth Maguire, 21 year old, Petaluma Resident
Crimes: DUI/Traffic Collision
On 12/24/2016 at approximately 1:35am, Petaluma Police Department responded to a report of a vehicle into a residence in the 500 block of Garfield Dr. The reporting party said the driver of the vehicle, identified as Elizabeth Maguire, remained on scene after the collision.
Officers responded to the scene and contacted Maguire. She did not receive any injuries as a result of the collision. The investigating officer detected a strong odor of alcohol while speaking with Maguire. A pre-alcohol screening test showed Maguire had a blood alcohol level of .21%.
Maguire was traveling northbound on Garfield Dr. when she veered to the left, striking the raised concrete curb. Her vehicle continued northbound and collided with the front of the residence. The occupants of the residence were not injured.
Maguire was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail on the charge of 23152(a) VC. Her bail was set at $10,000.00.
