The Poteau Police Department requested OSBI investigative assistance with an overnight homicide. OSBI special agents responded to the scene near the 600 block of Page Street. A suspect has been arrested and booked into the LeFlore County jail. OSBI special agents spent the night collecting information and evidence. Agents will prepare a written report for the district attorney. Police Chief Greg Russell will handle media inquiries.
