Deputies are asking for the public's assistance in locating a male subject who exposed his naked body to a resident

INCIDENT: Indecent Exposure
LOCATION: J Street and Interstate 40 Freeway, Needles
SUSPECT(S): White male, mid to late 30's, blonde hair
Suspect Vehicle: Red colored unknown make pick up truck
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, December 19, 2016, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a female resident of Needles was walking on J Street near the eastbound onramp of the Interstate 40 freeway. At that time, she noticed a red colored, lifted four door pick-up truck drive by her and enter the I-40 Interstate freeway eastbound on-ramp. She watched as the truck stopped near her on the on ramp and a white male driver, with no clothing, stepped from the driver's door. The male driver exposed himself to the victim in an offensive manner. The victim ran from the area and contacted the Sheriff's Department. The driver was described as being in his mid to late thirty's with blonde hair. The truck was described to be a lifted red full-size pick-up truck with black rims and tinted windows.
