OSBI Investigates Elgin Deaths 
Saturday, December 17, 2016, the Elgin Police Department requested OSBI assistance with the deaths of two people. Raul Nathan Fimbres, 41, and Jennifer Foy, 36, were found inside the home at 1204 Cypress where Fimbres lived. Months ago, the two split from a romantic relationship. OSBI special agents are investigating the deaths while awaiting autopsy results. OSBI special agents are not searching for a suspect at this time.
