East and West bound Garvey Avenue between Russell Avenue and Alhambra Avenue will be closed indefinitely due to a large structure fire in the 300 Blk of E. Garvey Avenue. Recommended alternate routes are Emerson Avenue to the north and Newmark Avenue to the south.
