Beginning Thursday, extremely low temperatures and wind chills will settle into the area for the end of the week. Wind gusts could approach 45MPH Thursday.
Snow will likely overspread the area Friday night and transition to a wintry mix early Saturday. Light icing is possible during the transition before turning to rain on Saturday. Cold temperatures will return Monday and Tuesday. Please use caution when driving in the precipitation.
