Snow Emergency Parking Ban Declared for 2 a.m. Monday
The City of Birmingham has declared a Snow Emergency Parking Ban for residential streets only beginning at 2:00 a.m. on Monday, December 12. It will remain in effect until all streets are completely plowed. During the ban, it is a civil infraction to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked on any City roadway until the roadway has been cleared of snow. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and may be towed, and the registered owner of such a vehicle will be responsible for the towing cost.
