Update on Philip Terrace residential structure fire: one burn victim is being treated at a nearby hospital. The fire started in the garage with reports of an explosion from the garage area. Firefighters were able to keep the fire on the property as homes in the neighborhood are completely safe. Black Point neighborhood has many hills and tight roads. Great job to Novato, San Rafael and Marinwood Firefighters!
