Deputies arrest two suspects for commercial burglary after they broke into the Historic Needles Theatre

LOCATION: 800 Block of W Broadway St, Needles, Ca
SUSPECT(S): Jose Fernando Gallardo, Jr., 22-year-old, resident of Earp, Ca
Anthony Mateo Rinaldo Gallardo, 20 years old, resident of Earp, Ca
SUMMARY:
On November 30, 2016 at approximately 2:03 p.m. deputies of the Colorado River Station/Needles Police were dispatched to an open door in the 800 block of W. Broadway St. in Needles. A door to the Historic Needles Theatre was found forced open. Deputies discovered there were antique brass letters stolen from inside the theatre. The brass letters are used for the marquis sign in front of the theatre. Luggage was located inside the theatre which identified Jose and Anthony Gallardo to be suspects in the theft. Jose and Anthony Gallardo were both located during an area check near the theatre. The stolen antique marquis letters were located and recovered from the luggage belonging to Jose and Anthony Gallardo.
Jose and Anthony Gallardo were arrested without incident and booked at the Colorado River Station Jail for PC 459C - Commercial Burglary. Both are being held on $25,000.00 bail to appear in the Victorville Superior Court.
