On November 27, 2016 at 7:30am a female was assaulted and dragged while she jogged on the running trail at Royal Oaks Drive/Oak Avenue, Duarte. The female was able to fight off the suspect who ran from the location. The suspect is described as a male, 5'6", approx. 160lbs, wearing all black clothing. The suspect was last seen driving away in a 4-door tan color sedan.
