An OSBI special agent has arrested the suspect in Tuesday morning’s homicide in Sayre. Russell Dunlap (9/12/1962), of Reno, Nevada, is under arrest for first degree murder, first degree arson, kidnapping, and felon in possession of a firearm. He remains in an Elk City hospital under guard. An OSBI special agent has flown to Reno to serve a search warrant on Dunlap’s home and interview individuals there.
