State St & Normal Ave Hydrant Flow Test 
Around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28th, the Department of Public Service will be performing a hydrant flow test on State St & Normal Ave. During and after the test, you may experience a drop in water pressure. Once water service is restored, you may experience cloudy water, which should clear up after running a faucet.
