Police activity near Grovenburg and Bishop Road in Holt. 
UPDATE: A subject matching the suspect's description was seen walking through the wooded area south of I96. As a result a police K9 is on the track so numerous deputies are in and around the Chisholm Hills Golf Club area.

Earlier this morning an individual ran from a traffic stop near Bishop and M 99. Numerous police vehicles have been in the area searching for this individual. He is a black male and was last seen with a dark shirt and blue jeans.
There is no reason to believe he is armed or a threat to the community, however be alert if you are in the area this morning. A police canine unit assisted in the search along with mutual aid from area agencies. The subject is known to police, and out of an abundance of caution at this time the search is being called off.
