Traffic Alert for Deputy Wallace’s Funeral
ADVISORY: Major traffic impact is expected near downtown Modesto as we take a moment to honor the life of Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputy Dennis Wallace.
On Tuesday, November 22, 2016 the following streets will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
Needham Street between College Avenue and McHenry Avenue
12th Street between Needham Street and L Street
M Street between Needham Street and 11th Street
After the service, a procession leading to the cemetery will begin at 11th Street and Needham. All of 11th Street, as well as many other streets along the route, will be closed until the last car in the procession passes through. A detailed map of the procession route will be released at a later time.
