Williamson County is under a severe drought and there will be no burn permits will be issued and there is to be no burining of any kind until further notice. It is illegal to start or have an open air fire or unconfined fire during a burn ban. Anyone found in violation of TCA 39-14-304, Reckless Burning, will be cited with a class A misdemeanor and/or subject to arrest.
