Village of Wappingers Holiday Light Parade Nov. 26th 2016. RT 9D (Elm St-Mill St) closed starting at 6:15pm. 
The 7th annual Village of Wappingers Holiday Light Parade hosted by the Village of Wappingers Falls Recreation Department will be held on November 26th 2016 starting at 6:30pm and Santa arrives in Mesier Park at 7pm. Route 9D roadway will be closed for approximately 1 hour from Elm Street to Mill Street starting at 6:15pm. Village side streets will also be congested with high volumes of traffic. Please use alternate route during that time.
