Winter parking ban begins 11/15. No overnight parking on streets or in municipal lots from midnight until 6:00 AM. 
The winter parking ban will take effect on November 15th and will last until April 15th. Overnight parking on streets and municipal parking lots is prohibited from midnight until 6:00 AM. Vehicles parked overnight in those areas will be ticketed and could be towed if snow plowing or snow removal is in progress. Thanks for your cooperation.
