9th St bridge traffic to be impacted by Com Ed project tomorrow from 9 AM to 3 PM 
On Thursday, 11-10-16, the 9th St bridge will be closed intermittently to all traffic between 9 AM and 3 PM. Every hour, on the half hour, the bridge will be closed to all traffic for 10 minutes due to a project to remove transmission lines from the critical wetland habitat west of the Desplaines River. Drivers may wish to consider an alternate route during those times.
