Following a traffic stop, deputies arrest Earl Fourdyce of Bakersfield for Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sale

INCIDENT: HS 11379(a) Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sale
LOCATION: N. K. Street and Chestnut Street, Needles
SUSPECT: Earl Fourdyce, age 38, of Bakersfield
SUMMARY:
On November 6, 2016, at approximately 7:55 a.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Needles Police Department, stopped Earl Fourdyce for speeding on Needles Hwy. A records check of Fourdyce showed that he is on Felony Probation (PRCS) for HS 11379(a), Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales, out of Kern County. During a search of Fourdyce's vehicle, deputies located approximately 50 grams of suspected methamphetamine, marjuana, glass pipes and a hypodermic needle.
Fourdyce was arrested, without incident, and booked at the Colorado River Station Jail for HS 11379(a) Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales. Fourdyce is being held on a 50,000.00 Bail.
