NARRATIVE:
Unit were called to the address for an employee who was being charged with theft due to taking possession of a sweater from the warehouse floor. Prior to police involvement, Troche ran from the building and in an attempt to flee he, fell over the metal road barrier and rolled down the hill into the Delaware river.
Troche was found lying in the water covered with his jacket. He was taken into custody and later released on bail.
