Pasadena Humane Society to serve Altadena starting December 1st. 
We have had nothing but excellent service from Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control, but starting December 1st the Pasadena Humane Society (PHS) will begin to provide services to Altadena. PHS is located just 3 miles south of Altadena vs. Baldwin Park for LA County.
