Domestic Dispute Ends in Stabbing
On November 1st at 9:30 pm, Morgan Hill Officers responded to the Madrone Mobile Estates located at 200 Burnett Ave to investigate a report of a domestic dispute. As officers arrived on scene they learned a male victim was bleeding and walking around the residence. Officers located the 65 year old victim and provided immediate medical attention to lacerations on his upper torso. The officers were advised by the victim that he was stabbed by Suspect Lexi McClain with a box cutter. Officers asked if Suspect McClain was still in the residence, he advised she was. Based on the information Officers entered into the residence and arrested Suspect McClain without incident. The victim was transported to St. Louise Hospital with non life threatening injuries. Suspect McClain was transported to the Santa Clara County Jail where she was booked for assault with a deadly weapon and felony domestic violence.
