A Utility Issue occurred in the area of Location(s). Situation being fixed. 
Be advised that PWSA will be replacing a water line on Spring street on 11/01/16. the following houses will be effected. Stanton from Spring to Karen Dr. Reserve St. from Troy to Karen, all of Troy st, Bateman to Johnson and Pamela until repairs are complete. Spring Street will also be closed to all traffic until the work is completed.
