Be aware of Halloween street closures in West Hollywood.

The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval will take place on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard. Children and pets are discouraged from attending because of dense crowds.

In order to ensure a safe Halloween Carnaval for everyone, the City of West Hollywood and the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station are reminding attendees about important safety guidelines — no alcohol or public drinking will be allowed; no backpacks, camera cases, tote bags, etc. will be permitted (clear plastic bags will be allowed); and no weapons or drones will be tolerated. Festival-goers should remember — If You See Something, Say Something.

Street Closures for Monday, October 31st

Main Closures:

San Vicente Boulevard between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue from 12:00 a.m. Monday, October 31, 2016, to 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. (Residents exempt.)

Santa Monica Boulevard between North Doheny Drive and Holloway Drive/ Croft Avenue from 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016 to 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

La Cienega Boulevard southbound between Holloway and Santa Monica Boulevard will close at noon to 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

Additional Closures:

Robertson Boulevard between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue from 7 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016, through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

Almont Drive between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue from 12 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016, through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

La Peer Drive between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue from 12 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016, through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

San Vicente Boulevard between Santa Monica Boulevard and Cynthia Street from 12 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016, through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. (Residents exempt.)

La Cienega Boulevard northbound traffic between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue will be diverted to side streets from noon Monday, October 31, 2016, to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

La Cienega Boulevard southbound traffic will be diverted westbound onto Holloway starting at noon to 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
