Location: Grocery Outlet-80 East Washington Street, Petaluma
Suspect#1: White male adult, approx., 30 years old, 5’11”, wearing blue jeans, tan pants, black hoodie, and black shoes
On the above date and time, the suspect selected a bottle of alcohol from an alcohol display shelf at Grocery Outlet. The suspect then concealed the alcohol in his jacket and attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. The store manager confronted the suspect and asked him to stop and to return the item. The suspect attempted to push pass the manager and a physical confrontation ensued between the two. The manager was able to obtain the merchandise back and the suspect fled the area before police could arrive.
