Crenshaw Roadway Construction Project 
The Torrance Public Works Department has started a curb/gutter/sidewalk and pavement repair project on Crenshaw Blvd. Work limits are between Sepulveda Blvd and Skypark Dr and also includes the segment south of PCH to the south City boundary. Work will be ongoing through spring 2017, except between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Between now and Thanksgiving, drivers should expect lane closures for both the northbound and southbound directions. Delays are expected.
