CPD is attempting to locate Shandelle Marie Friedman, DOB 11/17/1990. Friedman fled from a Sentence-To-Serve (STS) van while fueling at the Kwik Trip on North Road this morning.
Her direction of travel and destination are unknown. If you see Friedman, please call 911 or contact CPD.
