<p>Giles County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Lieutenant Shane Hunter and 22nd Judicial District Attorney’s Investigator Tommy Goetz received an indictment today from the Giles County Grand Jury charging Mary Ann Hughes, 69 years old from Lynnville area charging her with First Degree Murder in the 1990 homicide of her then husband Larry Richard Hughes. There will be a press conference Thursday October 20, 2016 10:00 A.M. at the Giles County Jail located at 200 Thomas Gatlin Dr. Pulaski, TN 38478.</p>
<p>Sheriff Kyle Helton praises the hard work and long hours of Lieutenant Shane Hunter, DA Investigator Tommy Goetz and other officers and agencies that have assisted in the investigation that led to this arrest today.</p>
<p>Ms. Hughes has bond set at $400,000 by Giles County Circuit Court. </p>
