Has anyone lost a cat? Do you recognize this cat? We have had an orange and white tabby, about 7 pounds, hanging around several homes on Maple Street for at least a week. This is a very well mannered, vocal cat who likes people. He (she?) has claws but has never shown them, even when putting paws up to our screen door for attention, or when I picked him/her up to try to check it's sex. I'm pretty sure it's a female, but I didn't get a great look. My dog didn't seem to bother it, either, even when she started barking.
