<p>10/10 - 6:55 p.m. - A subject reportedly directed a juvenile male to steal an item from underneath a carport on Coronation Drive. A witness observed the juvenile exit a vehicle and commit the theft. The adult male was also in the vehicle. A description of the vehicle and juvenile was given to the officer, and that officer located the parties. Charles J. Rackhouse, 41 of Millstadt, was charged with Theft & Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. </p>
