Ghoulishly Good Times - October 28, 2016 
Come join the Winter Springs Police Department as they host the 2nd Annual Ghoulishly Good Times on October 28th, 2016 from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm at Torcaso Park, 104 N. Moss Road, Winter Springs. Bring the entire family and enjoy a night out under the stars watching Hocus Pocus, a PG movie. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on. Enjoy free hot dogs, chips and drinks. Trick or treat bags with safety tips and goodies inside for children of all ages will be given away. Refreshments and supplies are limited.
