Blossom Street access will be closed and will impact Mitchell, Carol, Frank, California, Golden Gate, Center, and Lucerne and will require a detour of traffic for the next 24 hours. Suggested alternative routes would be Valeria Street, Almond Street, Lorraine Street. Thank you for your cooperation.</p>
