Traffic Congestion expected in downtown Baltimore on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 15th and 16th, 2016 for Fleet Week and Running Festival. 
<p>Traffic Advisory:</p>
<p>On Saturday and Sunday, October 15 & 16, 2016, Baltimore will be hosting Maryland Fleet Week activities and demonstrations to include air shows, ship tours and festivities in the Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Locust Point and Canton areas.</p>
<p>In addition, on October 15th, the Baltimore Running Festival and marathon will bring thousands to the downtown area. The event will start and finish at Camden Yards.</p>
<p>All these events will impact traffic flow and parking in the area. The City is encouraging anyone coming to the downtown area to utilize public transportation. </p>
