Joint Partnership Produces Large Seizure of Narcotics and Firearms

<p>On August 26, 2016 Santa Clara County Specialized Enforcement Team (SCCSET) with the assistance of the Morgan Hill Police Department served a search warrant at a home located on the 300 block of Berkshire Way in Morgan Hill. The search warrant stemmed from a long involved investigation dealing with marijuana and the selling of butane hash oil. The occupants at the residence were contacted and a search was conducted. During the search officers located packaging for butane hash oil, business records showing large deposits from the sale of BHO to dispensaries and loaded syringes with hash oil. Officer also located large amounts of cash in excess of 70,000 dollars. Based on what the officers located, all assets and bank accounts were frozen. The two subjects at the residence Gary Salvadore 54 and Edie Salvadore 58 were taken into custody without incident. After serving the search warrant on Berkshire Way. SCCSET agents and Morgan Hill officers responded to a warehouse rented by the suspects, located on the 16000 block of Joleen Way to execute a search warrant. During the search officers located a large scale clandestine laboratory or BHO lab (butane hash oil). Officers also located large containers of hash oil in excess of 100 pounds.&nbsp; During the search at the warehouse information was located indicating a third location within Morgan Hill with possible narcotics. Based on the information a search warrant was written for a property located on the 15000 block of Foothill Ave.</p>

<p>On September 2, 2016 SCCSET agents and Morgan Hill officers executed a search warrant at the property located on Foothill Ave. Upon arrival officers detained three subjects without incident and conducted a search. The search produced a Butane Hash Oil Lab, BHO finished product ready for sell, dozens of pounds of marijuana, firearms and ammunition. Suspect Blake Lebeck 53 was arrested and taken into custody.</p>

<p>At the conclusion of the investigation 3 suspects were arrested, over 200 pounds of finished BHO product was seized, over 135,000 dollars was taken as evidence and multiple firearms were taken off the streets. All three suspects were transported to the Santa Clara County Jail and booked.</p>
