Funeral Services for Palm Springs California Officer Lesley Zerebny and Officer Jose Gil Vega are set for Tuesday October 18 2016 at 11:00 AM.

ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES  that plan to attend services for Palm Springs Police Officer Lesley Zerebny and Officer Jose Gil Vega:  Transportation and Hotel Accommodations in the Los Angeles and Ontario CA area  are being coordinated by Officer Rich Randolph Colton PD .

Please contact Colton PD Communications Center at 1-909-370-5000 for assistance. Hotels have been set aside for law enforcement personnel and free transportation is being coordinated among various airports in Southern California for pick up and return of those law enfocement personnel in need of such resources. 

TO ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO PALM SPRINGS FOR SERVICES AND/OR HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS FROM ANY AIRPORT IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA , Contact the Colton PD Communication Center at 909-370-5000 and ask for Office Rich Randolph.

For outside law enforcement personnel flying into Palm Springs, there are a number of local hotels offering significant discounts for your stay. Please contact the Public Relations Division and ask for Sergeant William Hutchinson at 760-902-6982  for assistance.

ATTN CA LAW ENFORCEMENT: Memorial Service Processions and Parking.

Procession Information: Processions for the officers will be limited to Palm Springs PD Personnel and the family of the fallen officers only.

Any processions coming into the city will need to be coordinated among your individual agencies. 

The procession following the service will also be for Palm Springs PD Personnel and the family of the fallen officers only.

Instructions to the gravesite for Officer Vega following the service will be placed on all LE vehicles prior to the end of the memorial service at the Convention Center for you to arrive on your own time.

Dedicated parking will be clearly marked upon arrival for all LE vehicles attending the Memorial service at the Convention Center or you may find your own parking upon arriving.
