Isabel was last seen on the evening of 09/06/16 at her residence before she went to sleep. It was believed by her parents that she walked to school in the morning, but Isabel did not go to school. It is believed that Isabel may have run away with her boyfriend Victor Alvarez to an unknown location. There have been possible sightings of Isabel in the East Los Angeles area near Obregon Park and Cesar-Chavez Avenue. If located please contact the Montebello Police Department.
