As of 4:45pm, northbound lanes on Hawthorne Boulevard have been reopened.

Northbound Hawthorne Boulevard (downhill side) between Silver Spur Road and Blackhorse Road is closed to traffic due to a traffic collision involving a vehicle that struck a utility pole. The pole is damaged and wires are in the street.
Repair crews are on their way, but the road will likely be closed for several hours.
