The City of Torrance is currently updating its Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. This important document helps the City understand the danger from natural hazards and hazardous materials, and includes strategies to help make the community safer from future emergencies. Anyone who lives or works in Torrance, or is interested in the future of the community, is invited to review the plan and to offer comments. Let your voice be heard!
